Shipping policy

Orders are shipped every day Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped around 3pm so if you order is received before 3pm it will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will ship the following day. All orders received over the weekend or public holidays will ship the first business day.

New Zealand

We ship overnight across NZ using NZ Post Courier Post. If you have a Rural Delivery address, please select that option at checkout to ensure your parcel is delivered.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

Australia

We ship to Australia and you have the option of Economy Tracked which takes 3-10 working days or you can choose Courier Tracked which takes 2-6 working days.
