Shipping

Orders are shipped every day Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped around 3pm so if you order is received before 3pm it will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will ship the following day. All orders received over the weekend or public holidays will ship the first business day.

New Zealand

We ship overnight across NZ using NZ Post Courier Post.

Shipping costs are collected and paid, we do not make any additional money on the shipping charges, we just cover the costs that we are charged.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

Rural Delivery - if your address is Rural Delivery, you need to select the Rural Delivery shipping option. Unfortunately there is an additional charge that we receive of $5 for courier delivery to a Rural Delivery address. If Rural Delivery is not selected we will need to send orders via ordinary NZ Post and there may be shipping delays and the parcel cannot be tracked.

Australia

We ship to Australia and you have the option of Economy Tracked which takes 3-10 working days or you can choose Courier Tracked which takes 2-6 working days.

Washing

To keep your skin sleeves in the best condition, handwash and lay flat to dry. If you wash or dry by machine they may shrink or wear out more quickly.
